How we handle your information, deliveries, returns and orders.

Returns & Exchanges

At Shree Sukhada, we want you to feel confident about your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Customised products

Designer saree blouses and products customised with services such as falls, pico/zigzag, tassels or blouse stitching are not eligible for return or exchange. Please review your measurements and service selections carefully before ordering.

Product condition

For any return or exchange, the item must be unused, unwashed and unaltered, with its seal tag intact and all original brand, price and clothing tags attached. Please check the item before removing or breaking any tags.

Size & fit exchanges

If the size you ordered doesn’t fit, you can request a size exchange within 48 hours of delivery, subject to availability. Size and fit concerns are eligible for exchange only.

Damaged, defective, incorrect or missing items

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, 4 clear photos of the issue and a clear, continuous, unedited package-opening video showing the issue.

Once verified, we’ll arrange a replacement. If the same item is unavailable, we’ll issue store credit for the item’s value, valid for 30 days. We offer replacements or store credit rather than monetary refunds.

Colours & handcrafted details

Colours may appear slightly different due to lighting, photography or screen settings. Small variations in weaving, dyeing or handcrafted details are part of the product’s character. These differences are not eligible for return or exchange.

Order changes & cancellations

Please check your order details before placing your order, as orders cannot be changed or cancelled once placed.
