Who we are

Shree Sukhada operates this website and is the business responsible for the personal information described here. We sell powerloom and handloom sarees, blouses, and lehengas, and ship within India.

What we collect

• Account details: email address, name if you provide it, and mobile number if you enter it at sign-in or checkout.
• Order details: shipping name, address, phone, email, products, quantities, selected blouse or lehenga size, add-on services (such as Fall & Pico), and order notes.
• Payment references from Razorpay (payment id and status). We do not store full card, UPI PIN, or net-banking passwords.
• Messages you send through Contact, newsletter signup, or WhatsApp enquire if you use those.
• Technical data needed to run the site: cookies for your bag and session, and basic server logs (for example IP address, browser, and error traces) to keep the store secure.

How we use it

• To create and sign you into an account (email one-time code).
• To take payment, reserve stock, fulfil orders, and send order emails (confirmation, shipped, delivered, cancelled).
• To answer support requests and investigate payment or stock issues.
• To prevent fraud and keep the website available and secure.
• To send a newsletter only if you subscribe. You can unsubscribe using the contact email above.

We do not sell your personal information.

Legal basis (India)

We process personal data to perform a contract with you (an order or account), to meet legal obligations (tax and accounting), and for legitimate interests such as security and improving the storefront, without overriding your rights. Where consent is required (for example optional marketing), we ask for it separately.

Who we share it with

We share only what is needed with providers who help us operate the shop:

• Hosting: Vercel
• Database and authentication: Supabase
• Payments: Razorpay
• Transactional email: Resend
• Product images (when uploaded): Cloudinary

Couriers receive the shipping name, phone, and address to deliver your parcel. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the business against fraud.

Cookies

Essential cookies keep you signed in and remember a guest shopping bag. We do not use them to run third-party advertising on this site.

How long we keep it

Order and payment records are kept as long as needed for fulfilment, returns handling, tax, and accounting. Account profiles stay until you ask us to close the account. Server logs are kept only for a short operational period.

Your choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account data by writing to hello@shreesukhada.com. We may need to keep order records required by law even after an account is closed.

Children

This shop is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Security

We use HTTPS, restrict database access, and keep payment card data with Razorpay. No method of transmission is perfectly secure; please keep your email inbox safe because we send sign-in codes there.

We may update this page as the product evolves. Material changes if any will be reflected here with a revised effective date.
