The shop

Shree Sukhada sells handloom sarees, blouses, lehengas, and related finishing services online. We currently ship within India. Product photos and descriptions are provided in good faith. Natural variation in handloom (weave, dye, and motif placement) is expected and is not a defect.

Eligibility

You must be able to enter a binding contract under Indian law to place an order. You confirm that the information you give at checkout is accurate.

Orders, pricing, and stock

• Prices are shown in Indian Rupees and include applicable tax as displayed. The amount charged is the total confirmed at checkout.
• Stock is reserved when you start checkout and held for 15 minutes while you complete payment. If payment is not completed in time, the reservation is released and the item may sell to someone else.
• If a payment succeeds after stock is gone, the order may be marked for review. We will contact you to fulfil, exchange, or otherwise resolve it.
• We may refuse or cancel an order if payment fails, we cannot confirm stock, the address cannot be delivered to, or we detect fraud.

Blouse and lehenga size

Ready blouses and lehengas require a size (S–XXL) chosen from our size guide before they go in the bag. That size is stored on the order so we can fulfil it. Sarees are sold as lengths and do not use this size chart. Please measure carefully. Once stitched or cut, these pieces follow the Shipping & refund policy.

Accounts

You can check out as a guest or sign in with an email one-time code (or a password account if you created one). You are responsible for access to the email inbox used to sign in. Guest checkout still requires a valid email and shipping details so we can send the order and parcel.

Payment

Payments are processed by Razorpay. By paying, you also follow Razorpay’s terms. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.

Shipping, exchanges, and refunds

Delivery timelines, opening-video requirements, exchanges, and when money is not refunded are set out in the Shipping & refund policy. Those rules form part of these terms. In short: we do not offer cash refunds except as stated there; damaged or wrong items may be exchanged or given store credit after verification.

Add-on services

Optional finishing (Fall & Pico, tassels, net stitching, and similar) is charged at the prices shown at checkout. Products bought with extra services are not eligible for exchange, as stated in the shipping policy.

Intellectual property

The Shree Sukhada name, logo, product photography, and website content are ours or used with permission. You may not copy them for commercial use without written consent.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shree Sukhada is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for delay caused by courier disruption, festivals, or events beyond our reasonable control. Our liability for a product is limited to the amount you paid for that order, except where the law does not allow that limit.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any rights you have that cannot be waived.

Changes

We may update these terms. The effective date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continued use of the site after that date means you accept the updated terms for new visits and orders.
